I Installed my Centric home full spectrum lights in my kitchen and eating nook. The colors of vegetables and other foods were immediately and noticeably more vibrant. The red tones in meat and the dark green in leafy vegetables were the most obvious. My son does homework at the table in my eating nook and I feel like the lighting is much healthier for him. We live in the Pacific Northwest were sunlight is fleeting in the winter months, and these bulbs are certainly more cheerful as well as pleasing to the eye."
