delightful color boost
I've used and enjoyed waveform lights in professional settings, and some new floor lamps were the impetus to give them a try at home. We did a side-by-side comparison with the perfectly good, high CRI Cree bulbs we'd been using previously. If you don't care a lot about color, waveform lights might not be worth the extra expense – the difference is small enough that it took my wife a few looks to start seeing it. But if you love and work with color, they are truly a treat. It's a joy to see how much more you can see with these, particularly in the red portion of the spectrum. The Crees had an almost greenish cast, by comparison."
