About 2 years ago I bought this same bulb. It was on for at least 12 hours a day. That's a really good bulb and good for our 27 year old Senegal parrot Ginger. She's in great health. So it just needed to be replaced. I trust that the full spectrum bulb is what is described and highly recommend them."
