Perfect for basement exercise room
I recently put a mini fitness center in my windowless basement. I exercise early in AM and decided to put in full spectrum bulbs for the health benefits of early morning natural light in the eyes and also had read about receptors in the body for blue and red light. These are great I ordered the 5000k and 6500k. The other half of the basement has regular bulbs and over there it looks very yellow and unappealing. (like urine after a vitamin)."
