Works on my seasonal affective disorder, I sit under this light for at least 45 minutes a day and my mood is consistently better. I might replace the whole house with these eventually. I purchased the 5000K model and the only criticism that's more my fault than anything, but 5000K is a bit more blue than I was expecting. Regardless, great lights for my uses. Makes food look better too."
