No Flicker
I ordered both 4000K and 5000K to compare their color temperatures and to replace some bulbs I had over plants. Took slow-motion videos, and there's no flickering! There is a slight humming sound that comes from the base of the bulbs, but it's not noticeable unless the bulb is up against my head, so it's no issue. 4000K bulb is definitely more yellowish than typical daylight bulbs with higher CCT, but bluish compared to warm white bulbs. I compared the 5000K bulb with another brand's 5000K bulb, and there's a definite difference. The widely available brand is a lot more blue/green, harsh like awful office/hospital lighting, whereas Waveform Lighting's bulb seems to have a slightly warmer tinge, probably from its more balanced spectrum. Definite recommend. One issue, they do get kind of hot at the base, hence the "not suitable for enclosed fixtures" note."
