Problem SOLVED!
I ordered a flex led “neon” sign for some permanent set dress. Much to my dismay it flickered/rolled/banded very bad - regardless of shutter speed - at anything less than 100% power. Which was about 10 times brighter than I needed it to be - super blown out, too much color wash. This dimmer gave me the ability to go anywhere from 0-100 with no flicker, better control instead of 10% increments. Super smooth knob, feels built well. This thing saved me BIG time after investing in a very expensive sign. Couldn’t be happier!"
