Reduced eye strain while teaching online
I Purchased these bulbs or use in a photo studio set up. I teach daily online in a basement. The fluorescent lights in the ceiling I made it very difficult for me to teach and gave me headaches. I also had dry eyes. I teach about three hours every morning. When I bought a flicker free monitor and change to this lighting, the headaches are gone and my eyes are doing better. Nice quality light for my interactive online teaching Studio lighting."
