Full Spectrum E26 BR30 LED Bulb
I installed five of the 6500 K 96 CRI bulbs(out of 6 possible) in my home office and I have noticed an improvement in my ability to focus on tasks earlier in the morning and later at night. It certainly keeps me up late too if I need to be working late, which is great if I have a tight deadline or need to work overtime. But notably you need to swap to a lower CCT and fewer bulbs if you want to maintain your circadian rhythm, which I why I didn't install all 6 of them. With the quantity that I installed for the space, which is about 13' x 16', the brightness is really great too. I don't have nearly as much sudden eye strain from going outside as I used to."
