What is the lumen output of T5HO LED Lamps?

What is the lumen output of these lamps? I have heard complaints that the lamps they got are less than half as bright as conventional T5HO lamps.

We can confirm that the 4-ft PhotonTube™ T5HO LED Grow Light Tubes have an output of 48 umols/sec, which translates to 2087 lumens per unit.
