Do you have a third-party recommendation for longer connectors?
I'd like to recommend your strips to a store manager for their new display cases. However, they can't solder and I only see a 6" solder-less connector option. Is there a 3rd party option for connectors that would work and come in longer options?
We completely understand the concern regarding the limitations surrounding soldering, and this is indeed the reason we offer the 6" solderless connector cable. Unfortunately, however, we do not offer any other cable lengths, and do apologize for the inconvenience.
The best alternative solution would be to utilize our PN 3070 solderless connectors in conjunction with our low voltage wire (PN 7098) which would be cut to length and then joined together using twist-on wire connectors. Please see below for a layout diagram that should help visualize the setup:
There may be some third-party options but we are not aware of any specific products that would fit; as our LED strip lights are offered in a high-density configuration, many connectors have plastic covers that are incompatible.
