Can I wire your LED Strips to a 12V relay on my boat instead of using a power adapter?

I am looking for 2/ea 16ft led strips for my boat and I have a few questions about your product. Can I wire your LED strips to a 12v relay on my boat instead of using a power adapter? Are your strips recommended for a marine application? Do you have a black PCB version available? 

We are happy to confirm that our LED strip lights should operate well with the 12V battery, though we would recommend checking the product specification sheet to ensure that the battery can supply the proper output. However, we do not sell these products in black PCB versions at this time.

Further, our LED strip light products are not IP rated and are not designed for installations where they may come into contact with moisture. Doing so can create a safety hazard, and void the warranty.
