Adjustable full-spectrum LED light with pulsing and flickering adjustment
Do you have a full spectrum LED products that could be delivered with a controller to regulate the output frequency (in Hz), and if so what is the range?
Based on the details provided, we would recommend utilizing a combination of the FilmGrade™ FiveSpect 5-in-1 LED Strip Lights with the FilmGrade™ DMX LED Dimmer & Decoder with 5 Channel Output.
As the FiveSpect product offers RGB as well as Tungsten and Daylight color temperatures (2700K, 6500K), the Decoder can be used for granular control of the output for each available channel. The available range of control is listed within the Decoder user guide and installation manual, which we have shared below for your review.
We have also provided a few related articles below that may be helpful:

The FilmGrade™ DMX512 LED Dimmer can output pulsed light in the area of 500Hz to 30KHz right? Could we have any real-time adjustment or preprogrammed to choose from a panel or “PC”?
There are beneficial pulsed frequency ranges in the area of 4-100 Hz, but you do not have a solution there.
We are happy to confirm that the FilmGrade™ DMX LED Dimmer & Decoder with 5-Channel Output can be paired with a PC controller for direct control of the output. Based on our review, there appear to be a few DMX PC controllers available from third-party marketplaces such as Amazon.
Unfortunately, the DMX LED Dimmer & Decoder does not have the ability to adjust the PWM frequency beyond the boundaries of the 500Hz to 30KHz range. As such, it may not be able to meet the referenced PWM frequency of 4-100 Hz.
