Full Spectrum Dimmable LED Bulbs for Desk Installation

I need a desk lamp that has these properties: 1. Very bright, but dimmable, continuously (no steps) 2. Wide spectrum, though not necessarily sun-like. (no unnatural peaks or dips) 3. Energy efficiency would be nice. Is this a satisfiable equation? Is there such a thing? Do you make it?
